CrossFit is “Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movement.” We define Functional Movement as NATURAL, Effective, Efficient body movements, Multi Joint movements, performed from core to extremity. CrossFit is a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Combining these domains with a very specific, clean, and natural diet to promote fat loss and maximize your performance inside and out, you will be the best you ever have been.  CrossFit S2F has over 20 years of sport and fitness background that applied to develop programming to take your body to new levels, no matter what fitness level you are beginning from!  Be prepared to reach new limits, break through them and be the best you ever! Imagine that EVERY time you go to the gym you meet with a professional coach to help you accomplish your goals for the same you would pay to go on your own at the "fitness center"!

World-Class Fitness
in 100 Words:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Just as the world’s finest vehicles are sleek, sexy blends of form and function, the women of the 2009 CrossFit Games are incredible physical specimens.

While the traditional “fitness girl” conjures up images of sequined bikinis and spray-on tans coating undernourished and barely functional bodies, CrossFit girls represent a special breed of athlete. These are beautiful, elegant women who are capable of unbelievable feats of athleticism, women whose beauty is enhanced by their strength, determination and resolve.

We are for EVERBODY! No one comes to us already in great shape and able to effectively do any move they want with their bodies. We all have a starting point and we strive to improve! We can scale any workout to meet anyones starting points and needs. We want women to feel confident, strong and able to use their bodies efficiently, NOT to look like a magazine.  We promise you will only be pushed to work at your limits, strive to beat those limits and be the best you that you possiby can be! Our Professional Coaches will help you assess your goals, create a plan, motivate you and only speak to your performance NOT appearance! Our Community cares for each other, motivates each other, and inspires. We all belong to the community and work together, welcome to you fitness home for life.  CrossFit S2F IS a way of life! From our workouts to our meal planning and special events, parties and competitions, you will be a part of our community just because you are here!
